For this Crypto Job you also have to own design systems that keep experiences consistent and accessible for a global audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct UX research and usability testing; iterate designs based on user feedback and metrics.
  • Develop and maintain scalable, component based design systems and libraries.
  • Own visual and interaction design across multiple products, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness.
  • Work asynchronously across timezones; document design decisions and maintain versioned design assets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years designing web and/or mobile applications with strong UX problem-solving and visual design skills.
  • Robust portfolio showing end-to-end product design, interaction patterns, and production-ready components.
  • Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools (interactive prototypes preferred).
  • Familiarity with Web3 interactions (wallet flows, token UX, confirmations, gas UX patterns).
  • Comfortable working asynchronously and independently across global timezones.
  • Self-directed, pragmatic, and able to prioritize effectively in fast-moving environments.
  • Fluent English; strong written communication for remote collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing developer tools, dashboards, or blockchain explorer-style interfaces.
  • History of contributing to design systems in production environments.
  • Background in illustration, motion, or branding to support richer creative needs.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or DAOs are a plus.
