Your Role
You’ll own outbound prospecting across Telegram, X (Twitter), and founder communities as well as surface high signal projects and founders, writing outreach that converts, and building a qualified lead pipeline for the core team. This is a front line growth role: fast, precise, and discreet. You’ll track outreach, run DM experiments, and support call preparations for the client’s leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Run outbound lead generation across Telegram, Twitter DMs, and founder communities.
- Build and maintain a lead tracker with notes, stages, and next steps.
- Monitor funding announcements, token drops, and crypto signals to inform outreach.
- Craft cold outreach templates, objection-handling scripts, and warm-up sequences.
- Join founder calls and prepare briefings when required.
- Track metrics for outreach volume, engagement, and conversion to iterate quickly.
- Source and score high-potential projects aligned with the client’s thesis.
