💼 Business Development — Remote, Commission Based (Web3)
TALA Labs is expanding its Business Development team and is hiring Commission Based Business Developer operators to drive warm, high-value introductions across the Web3 ecosystem. This role is commission based and ideal for connectors who already hold meaningful relationships with launchpads, market makers, CEX contacts, influencers, and co-marketing partners.
About TALA Labs
TALA Labs is a lean, founder-led Web3 team focused on delivering measurable business outcomes for protocols and projects. The company prioritizes honest, strategic partnerships over short-term growth hacks — no agency drama, just practical deal-making that scales projects responsibly.
Your Role
You will identify and initiate warm, high intent introductions that turn into revenue generating partnerships. Work closely with the internal Business Development strategy team as we provide materials, pricing, and playbooks; you bring the relationships and execute outreach with care. This is not a cold-email volume role: successful applicants send targeted, personal messages and manage follow ups until outcomes are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and qualify warm and new leads across launchpads, market makers, CEXs, and influencer networks.
- Make warm introductions and manage the handoff to TALA’s internal sales team.
- Maintain a simple pipeline tracker with deal value, stage, and next steps.
- Follow up and nurture relationships until close. Ensure strong handover and documentation.
- Coordinate with TALA’s strategy team on pricing, collateral, and negotiation points.
- Share market intel, partner feedback, and signal opportunities to improve product-market fit.
Requirements
- Proven Web3 network: launchpads, market-makers, CEX contacts, KOLs, or agencies.
- Strong relationship-building instincts; you know when to reach out and when to wait.
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication.
- Professionalism and reliability: treat BD like a real job, not a side hustle.
- Ability to manage multiple warm leads and document progress transparently.
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience making introductions that led to CEX listings, launchpad placements, or market-making deals.
- Existing partnerships with regional launchpads (Coin Terminal, DAO Maker, Decubate, etc.).
- Comfort negotiating initial commercial terms and understanding revenue splits.
How Compensation Works
This crypto job is a commission-first role. Which means you earn 20% of revenue on every successful deal you help close. TALA Labs supplies strategy, collateral, and proposal support. You bring the connections and execution. We aim for transparent, fast payouts and clear tracking of who introduced each deal.
Typical monthly earnings for active Business Development partners range from $2,000 to $6,500, with top performers earning more depending on deal flow and average deal size.
What We Offer
- 20% commission on closed revenue you help originate.
- Sales collateral, pricing playbooks, and proposal templates to speed closes.
- Access to an internal BD group for top performers and early access to deals.
- We will pay for LinkedIn Sales Navigator "Advanced" ($149.99/month) after your first $1,000 in closed sales.
- Remote-friendly, founder-led environment that values outcomes over hours.
When applying, tell us who you are, which networks you can access (launchpads, CEXs, market makers, KOLs), and a short note on where you think you can add the most value. Include recent examples of introductions or deals if available — we move quickly and will invite promising applicants into our internal BD group for next steps.
