Your Role

As Movimentum’s Hiring Manager you’ll own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing passive and active candidates, conducting interviews, building structured hiring pipelines, and ensuring smooth onboarding. You’ll be the bridge between hiring managers and talent — ensuring new hires are not only skilled but also aligned with Movimentum’s mission-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding and contract setup.
• Build and maintain a structured hiring pipeline using ATS and outreach strategies.
• Leverage a strong talent network to fill marketing, creative, and operational roles quickly and effectively.
• Collaborate with department heads to define role requirements and prioritize hires.
• Create interview frameworks, scorecards, and evaluation criteria for consistent hiring decisions.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience and clear communication throughout hiring.

Requirements

First of all, you'll need 2+ years experience in hiring/recruiting within agencies or Web3 native companies. To get this crypto job, you need proven network of talent and a demonstrable portfolio of potential hires or placements.
