- Strong backend experience (Node.js, Go, Rust, or TypeScript)
- Built systems handling custody, internal ledgers, or DeFi strategy execution
- Deep understanding of DeFi protocols and cross-chain flows
- Experience with offchain execution of onchain interactions (e.g., bots, scripts)
- Has led or contributed to small, high-output engineering teams
