Daydream is Livepeer’s real-time AI video product. As Head of Growth & Marketing, you’ll architect the go-to-market and build a world-class community of builders, applied researchers, and creative technologists around real-time generative media.

Your Role in this Crypto Job

  • GTM Strategy: Define positioning, messaging, and narrative so Daydream becomes the default community for open-source real-time AI video innovation.
  • Full Growth Funnel: Lead brand, product marketing, content, growth, community, events, and PR/Comms—standing up the right capabilities at the right time.
  • Pre-PMF Momentum: Drive excitement and clear narrative prior to full product-market fit; source and onboard design partners; turn early wins into repeatable playbooks (live avatars, interactive broadcasts, real-time visualization).
  • Community Architecture: Execute community-led growth for builders, applied researchers, and creative technologists; be (or build) a visible, credible presence in technical communities.
  • Operating Model: Balance goals across community growth, developer adoption, product marketing, and early GTM traction; partner closely with technical founders.
  • Leadership: Recruit and lead a high-performing growth team; define metrics, rituals, and dashboards for ecosystem health (activation, retention, contributions, partner velocity).

Requirements

Must-Have Experience

  • AI domain fluency (creative tools, developer platforms, or open-source AI).
  • Community builder in technical/emerging ecosystems; partnership-driven pull narratives.
  • Early-stage leadership (founder or early growth/marketing lead preferred).
  • 5+ years building technical communities; 2+ years leading teams or cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong network across AI/video/generative communities (models, companies, researchers, conferences).
