Role Overview
MoonCat AI is seeking a Marketing & Design Lead who can transform complex AI as well as DeFi concepts into powerful, engaging narratives. You’ll work directly with the founders, building a brand from the ground up and giving us results during our active token sale phase.
Your Responsibilities
- Shape and grow the MoonCat AI brand identity
- Create marketing campaigns for both DeFi veterans and newcomers
- Collaborate with community managers across Twitter, Discord, and Telegram
- Guide design for social media, investor decks, and promotional materials
- Simplify and communicate complex technical ideas
- Partner with exchanges and marketing teams for strategic launches
- Improve performance on key marketing metrics
Requirements
- 3+ years of crypto marketing experience
- Proven portfolio in brand building and design
- Previous experience with DeFi protocols and token launches
- Design expertise on Figma, Adobe Suite, etc.
- Strong copywriting skills targeted to the crypto audience
- SEO and content marketing knowledge in the blockchain space

Compensation & Perks
