What You Will Do

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for blockchain products.
• Design component-based design systems for Web3 interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and PMs to bring designs to life.
• Conduct user research, testing, and feedback loops for continuous improvement.
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and user friendly.

Requirements

• At least 3+  years experience designing website or mobile apps.
• Strong UX portfolio demonstrating your design process.
• Fluent in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Basic understanding of Web3 products like wallets or tokens.
• Excellent communication, time management, and async collaboration skills.
• Must be fluent in English (other languages can prove as a plus point).
• Experience designing dashboards or developer-facing tools.
• Background in illustration, animation, or branding.
• Contribution to DAOs, open-source, or crypto communities.
• Experience building or maintaining design systems in production.
