About the Role
As a Senior Designer (MENASA), you’ll join Binance’s Global Creative Team and lead creative efforts for campaigns in the MENASA region. You’ll work closely with senior creatives, local marketing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative, high-impact visual content across multiple channels. From digital ads to event collateral and social media assets.
What you will do in this crypto job
- Execute creative assets for daily, weekly, and seasonal campaigns.
- Collab with design leads, project managers, and marketing teams.
- Act as Creative POC for MENASA regional teams and support global efforts.
- Deliver high-quality design for web, social, merchandise, OOH, and motion.
- Guide junior designers and assist with onboarding and team administration.
- Continuously innovate, challenge, and optimize creative output.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in global design teams or agencies.
- Fluency in English (Arabic and other languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and ideally 3D/Gen AI tools.
- Experience with high-volume online platforms (crypto, lifestyle, sports, fashion).
- Strong eye for brand consistency and user-centered design.
- Excellent communication, time management, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with task tools like Asana, Google Docs, Excel etc
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
